North Bend Park

Another Corps of Engineers park, North Bend is popular with camping groups due to its sheer capacity of 244 sites. Located near the Kerr Dam, it provides boat access at, essentially, the beginning of the lake.

Additionally, two fishing access points are adjacent to North Bend Park. Just across the Kerr Dam is the Liberty Hill Fishing Access & Trail, while Tailrace Park is next to the Joseph S. J. Tanner Environmental Education Center and Forest Study Area.
